Role:
The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for plant-level roles, partnering with hiring managers and operational leaders to identify, attract, and hire qualified talent across manufacturing and operations functions. This role supports staffing needs for positions such as production, maintenance, quality, warehouse, and supervisory roles. The Recruiter oversees job posting creation, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and agency coordination. Success in this role requires strong organization, the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and a focus on delivering an efficient and consistent hiring process while maintaining a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for direct labor roles including operators, assemblers, machinists, and other plant positions. Screen candidates for basic qualifications, shift availability, reliability, and cultural fit for a manufacturing environment. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels. Drive requisitions to completion by maintaining momentum throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely feedback, decision-making, and offer execution. Manage candidate communications. Revision 2 01/15/2024 Partner with staffing agencies when applicable, including coordinating candidate submissions, reviewing agency candidates, and managing communication regarding candidate status and feedback. Draft and prepare offer letters, coordinate internal approvals, and extend offers to selected candidates Work with hiring managers and HR to support offer negotiations when necessary
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
  • Track recruitment progress and provide updates to hiring managers regarding candidate pipelines and hiring timelines.
Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations. Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience, especially in high-volume and fast
Requirements:
2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, plant operations, or high-volume environments Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency required. Ability to work onsite or closely aligned with plant operations as needed Experience using Paylocity Experience recruiting for hourly and skilled roles such as production operators, maintenance technicians, quality technicians, and warehouse personnel Experience working with staffing agencies and managing agency candidate submissions Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
