  • Employee Relations Temporary Opportunity in Wethersfield, CT In partnership with a longstanding client, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee relations to support a collaborative HR team on a temporary basis.
This role will serve as a key point of contact for employees and leadership while managing sensitive employee relations matters and supporting broader HR functions as needed. Responsibilities Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions and concerns Manage employee relations matters from intake through resolution, including investigations, interviews, documentation, and collaboration with leadership Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and employee files Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures Support additional HR functions including benefits inquiries, onboarding, talent acquisition support, and general HR administration Partner with internal stakeholders to promote positive employee relations and consistent HR practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of Human Resources experience required Hands-on employee relations experience including investigations and conflict resolution Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferred This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing employee relations with broader HR support responsibilities.
