Schedule:
Approximately 20 hours per week We are seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant for a client engagement focused on assessing the organizational and workforce impacts resulting from recent workforce reductions. This engagement will support organizational assessments, workforce impact evaluation, and gap analysis efforts to help identify how these changes have affected leadership support, organizational effectiveness, and workforce capability. Responsibilities Support organizational and workforce impact assessment activities Conduct gap analysis and organizational evaluations Analyze qualitative and quantitative findings Evaluate organizational effectiveness and human capital impacts Develop findings, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders Desired Experience 10+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, human capital, workforce transformation, or program evaluation initiatives within complex organizations Experience conducting organizational assessments, gap analysis, and workforce impact evaluations Background in organizational development, change management, human capital consulting, or workforce transformation Experience performing qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop organizational insights and recommendations Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to synthesize findings for leadership audiences Federal or public sector consulting experience is a plus
