Responsibilities:

Call new customers after purchase Help guide patients through onboarding Explain products and protocols in a simple, supportive way Complete intake questionnaires and documentation Coordinate with the clinical team Deliver a premium customer experience

Requirements:

Strong communication skills Friendly and confident phone presence Positive attitude and high energy Coachable and eager to learn Organized and detail-oriented Passion for wellness, supplements, fitness, or health optimization
