Partner primarily with the Human Resources department to understand operational needs, document current-state processes, and identify opportunities for improvement. Apply business analysis techniques to gather requirements, assess impacts, and support improvements to HR systems, workflows, and services. Support HR-focused and cross-functional projects by helping define scope, coordinate tasks and timelines, and assist with implementation activities. Assist with change efforts by helping prepare communication, training, and documentation that support adoption of new tools or processes. Coordinate with IT and functional teams to support PeopleSoft PUM testing, including issue tracking, retesting, and collaboration with subject matter experts. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint. Basic experience with process mapping or documentation tools (e.g., Visio).
