Job Description

Full Time Hollywood, FL Posted 4 days ago We don't see onboarding as orientation. We see it as the moment clinical standards are set. At My Psychiatrist, every provider's first experience defines how they practice, document, and deliver care. This role exists to ensure that from day one: Providers are confident Workflows are clear Documentation is precise And patients experience consistent, high-quality care Because in healthcare— how you start is how you scale. The Opportunity You won't be running training sessions. You will be responsible for turning newly hired clinicians into fully operational, confident, and compliant providers—fast. From psychiatrists and PMHNPs to therapists and psychologists, you will own the full onboarding lifecycle: Before they arrive During their first week Through real-time clinical execution And into long-term quality and performance This is a clinical operations role . Not theoretical. Not corporate. Hands-on, high-accountability, and directly tied to patient care. What You'll Own Provider Onboarding & Go-Live (Primary Function) You own readiness—end to end.
Ensure all pre-arrival setup:
EHR access, scheduling templates, system readiness, credentialing alignment Lead structured first-week onboarding across workflows, documentation, prescribing, and policies Provide 1:1 go-live support: shadowing, real-time documentation coaching, immediate issue resolution Conduct 30-day competency check-ins and escalate readiness gaps when needed Clinical Quality & Documentation Standards You don't just train—you reinforce. Conduct formal documentation and coding audits across providers Identify patterns in note quality, billing accuracy, and compliance Coach providers directly on improvements tied to real outcomes (denials, delays, risk) Enforce documentation timelines and standards across the organization Training & Continuous Development Lead Quarterly Quality Meetings across the clinical team Coordinate and execute ongoing provider trainings (including guest speakers) Continuously refine onboarding materials, SOPs, and clinical workflows Preceptorship Program (Pipeline + Quality) Serve as the central point of contact for student placements Coordinate preceptors, schedules, and program alignment Ensure strong experiences that convert into future hiring pipelines What We're Looking For This role requires clinical credibility + operational discipline .
Required:
Active or recent clinical background (RN, LPN, BSN, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or similar) 3+ years onboarding, training, or coaching licensed providers Hands-on EHR training experience (any major platform) Strong understanding of outpatient workflows: Documentation Scheduling E-prescribing (including controlled substances) Intake and care coordination Working knowledge of documentation standards and coding fundamentals Ability to train and influence clinicians at all levels
Preferred:
Behavioral health experience Familiarity with TMS, Spravato, or medication management workflows Experience in hybrid (telehealth + in-person) environments Tebra (Kareo) experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) Who You Are You can walk into a room of physicians and lead with confidence You translate policy into real-world execution You catch what others miss—in documentation, workflow, and compliance You don't wait for problems—you prevent them You hold a high standard and know how to coach others to meet it Why This Role Exists Because access to care doesn't start with scheduling. It starts with providers who are: Trained correctly Documenting accurately Operating confidently You are not onboarding employees. You are protecting the standard of care. What You'll Build A consistent, scalable onboarding experience across all providers Strong clinical documentation habits from day one Systems that reduce denials, delays, and variability A pipeline of future clinicians through structured preceptorship What You'll Get Competitive compensation High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership Growth path into Clinical Operations leadership Exposure to a multi-site, rapidly scaling behavioral health platform A mission-driven environment where your work directly impacts patient care How to Apply Submit your resume. Be prepared to speak to how you've: Trained clinicians Improved documentation quality Supported providers during go-live or onboarding We're not looking for someone who has "facilitated trainings." We're looking for someone who has changed how clinicians operate.
