The Recruiting Specialist plays a critical role in helping our operational and patient-facing teams remain fully staffed, organized, and supported as we continue expanding across Florida.

Patient access Clinic operations Provider workflow Frontline stability Hiring manager efficiency The overall patient experience This is not a passive recruiting role. It requires urgency, structure, accountability, communication precision, and strong operational discipline. The Role As a Recruiting Specialist, you will support high-volume hiring for frontline operational and patient-facing positions across the organization. You will be responsible for maintaining recruiting pipelines, conducting structured candidate screenings, coordinating hiring workflows, and ensuring candidates and hiring managers experience a process that is organized, responsive, and professional. This role sits at the intersection of: Recruiting Operations Process management Candidate experience Workforce stability What You'll Own Talent Acquisition & Candidate Screening Review and evaluate candidate applications across multiple operational roles Conduct structured phone and virtual screening interviews Identify strengths, concerns, and hiring risks confidently Maintain hiring quality standards while operating with urgency Build and maintain active recruiting pipelines across multiple Florida locations Hiring Manager Partnership Coordinate closely with hiring managers regarding staffing priorities and candidate movement Schedule interviews and maintain visibility throughout the hiring process Support consistency through structured communication and organized workflows Candidate Experience Deliver a professional, responsive, and organized candidate experience Maintain timely communication with advanced and declined candidates Ensure candidates feel informed, respected, and supported throughout the process Recruiting Operations & Process Management Maintain accurate recruiting trackers and candidate documentation Ensure real-time visibility into pipeline activity and hiring progress Support recruiting KPIs, reporting, and operational hiring timelines Protect process consistency and hiring quality during organizational growth Roles You'll Support Primary hiring focus includes: Patient Care Liaison (PCL) Medical Assistant Contact Center positions Scheduling Coordinators TMS support roles Frontline operational support positions What You Bring Required Experience in recruiting, staffing coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously High attention to detail and follow-through Strong judgment, professionalism, and accountability Ability to operate with urgency without sacrificing quality Comfort working within a structured, fast-paced operational environment Preferred Experience with ATS systems, recruiting trackers, or workflow management platforms Healthcare or behavioral health recruiting experience Experience supporting high-volume operational hiring What Success Looks Like Successful Recruiting Specialists at
