This role is essential in managing the organization's accounts receivable and collections processes while supporting human resources functions related to employee records, compliance, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of billing and financial concepts, and HR procedures, contributing to the smooth operation of our revenue cycle management and personnel administration. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional eager to enhance their expertise in both financial and HR domains within a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Manage the company collection processes by contacting clients to secure outstanding payments, ensuring adherence to phone etiquette and customer service standards. Collects past due balances and run excel reports. Process invoices and send to clients. Perform account reconciliation to verify accuracy of receivables, debits, credits, and ensure proper posting within accounting software. Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or overdue accounts, initiating negotiation strategies to facilitate timely resolution. Maintain detailed records of collections activities, account statuses, and correspondence with patients or vendors. Assist with HR functions such as maintaining employee files, supporting onboarding processes, benefits and workers comp and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Utilize financial software tools for data entry, report generation, and account reconciliation tasks efficiently. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, insurance providers, or internal teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including accounting, billing, and human resources to streamline processes. Qualifications Proven experience in collection processes, accounts receivable management, or related financial roles. Familiarity with accounting software and financial software systems Solid understanding of accounts payable procedures including invoice processing and account reconciliation. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation. Knowledge of billing practices is highly desirable. Ability to interpret financial concepts such as debits & credits and apply them accurately within accounting systems. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail; capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills necessary for account analysis and reconciliation activities. Effective communication skills suitable for diverse audiences across global settings.
