Job Description

HR Generalist - Recruiting Assistant (contract) On-site in Melbourne, FL Our client is an agile global aerospace and defense technology innovator, delivering end-to-end solutions that meet customers' mission-critical needs. At this location you will be focusing on the department of defense and commercial communications systems. They provide advanced defense and commercial technologies across air, land, sea, space and cyber domains, making the world safer and more secure.
  • Due to the nature of our clients work, a security clearance may be required. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens. In addition, applicants who accept a conditional offer of employment may be subject to government security investigation(s) and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Job Description:
  • This position will support the talent acquisition team in coordinating the interviewing and onsite candidate support and onboarding. This role will support multiple segments and sectors and directly impact the businesses.
  • This role is fast paced and requires excellent attention to detail.

Essential Functions:
  • Support Enterprise interview scheduling & on-site candidate support
  • Support Enterprise full-cycle onboarding
  • I-9 and Citizenship Verification
  • OFCCP compliance requirements
  • Documentation and retention of key records Must- Haves (Hard Skills) Experience with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, travel arrangement, and expense reporting Strong documentation and record retention skills Must- Haves (Soft Skills)
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 8 years prior HR or administrative experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 4 years prior experience in HR or administrative roles
Preferred Additional Skills:
  • Executive assistant experience
  • Administrative assistant experience

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
