HR Specialist

Looking for someone with HR experience. Pay listed is for someone who is currently HR certified or was prior. Looking for someone with a background & understanding of benefits. Also interested in someone currently pursuing their HR license and has a schedule to take their HR cert test. Sales and Payroll backgrounds are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain accurate payroll records for employees
• Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
• Provide HR information to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist with payroll audits and provide necessary documentation
• Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll-related matters
• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and best practices

Skills:

• Proficient in using payroll software systems
• Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures
• Familiarity with accounting software and principles
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Understanding of corporate accounting practices
• Proficient in 10-key typing for efficient data entry
