Job Description

Salary Range $23.05-$29.38 Job Posting End Date - Applications will no longer be accepted starting 06-12-2026 Job Summary If you experience technical issues submitting your application, please reach out to City of Orlando Human Resources at jobs@orlando.gov or 407-246-2062. Performs complex clerical and technical work in the Human Resources, Labor Relations Division as well as handling all leaves including FMLA. Primary responsibilities include the full cycle processing of all FMLA leaves, processing and entering various personnel data and contracts, and maintaining related records. Work is performed according to established policies, procedures, contracts, and deadlines. Employee is expected to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and judgment, as well as develop work routines and complete assignments with limited supervision. Work is performed under general supervision and is reviewed upon completion for accuracy and adherence to policies, procedures, and contracts.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree with coursework in Business Communication, Human Resources or Employee Relations, and Basic Mathematics. Two (2) years personnel, labor relations, or related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
