Workforce Development Lead, Apprenticeships, and Educational Partnerships - North America About the Role Location United States of America Florida Orlando Company Siemens Energy, Inc. Organization Regional Hubs Business Unit North America Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Mid-level Professional A Snapshot of Your Day This role is both internally and externally focused and execution-oriented, with an emphasis on establishing partnerships and programs that connect Siemens Energy to diverse talent pools, including high schools, technical programs, universities, and community organizations. Internally this role serves as a key interface -across North American by partnering with business areas on existing programs, advising on the development of new initiatives, and supporting the coordination of Apprenticeship, Trade, and University partnership networks. How You'll Make an Impact This role is critical to building sustainable, future-y talent pipelines that support Siemens Energy's long-term growth. By creating meaningful partnerships and workforce programs, you will directly influence how we attract, develop, and retain talent across North America. Build and scale strategic workforce partnerships across education institutions, community organizations, and government entities to strengthen diverse talent pipelines across North America Design and implement apprenticeship and early careers programs (e.g., co-ops, high school partnerships) aligned to critical business needs in technical and operational roles Translate business workforce needs into scalable talent pipeline strategies by partnering closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders Drive execution and operational excellence of workforce programs , including governance, stakeholder alignment, and standardized frameworks that can scale across regions Represent Siemens Energy externally in workforce forums and industry partnerships to enhance employer branding and broaden access to emerging talent pools Leverage data and insights to optimize outcomes , track program effectiveness, and inform long-term workforce development strategy and leadership decisions What You Bring Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Education, Workforce Development, or related field 3-5 years of experience in workforce development, early career programs, talent pipeline strategy, or related field Experience building partnerships with external organizations (e.g., schools, workforce boards, community groups Strong knowledge of workforce trends, talent pipelines, and early career development strategies Experience developing or supporting apprenticeship, internship, or co-op programs preferred Understanding of U.S. employment practices and workforce development frameworks Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-spons ored work authorization. Working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders, the team designs and delivers programs that connect the company to emerging talent through education partnerships, apprenticeship models, and early career initiatives.
