Learn More About EAS Job Purpose The HR Generalist is responsible for delivering comprehensive human resources support at the site level. This role manages day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with applicable labor laws. Serving as a primary point of contact for employees and leaders, the HR Generalist supports a positive employee experience while ensuring consistent application of company policies and procedures. This role is well-suited for an HR professional who brings enthusiasm, curiosity, and a positive mindset in supporting employees and partnering with leaders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including resume screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding of new hires
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Assist with payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
  • Coordinate and support employee training, development initiatives, and performance evaluation processes
  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in accordance with company standards and legal requirements
  • Partner with site leadership and corporate HR to support workforce initiatives and employee engagement efforts Qualifications Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Language Skills
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English Computer Skills
  • Systems-friendly with a strong interest in working with HRIS and business systems
  • Comfortable learning and navigating new software and technology tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with UKG and SAP software strongly preferred Travel Required
  • Full-time, onsite position based in Pinellas Park, FL
  • Occasional travel to other EnerSys locations (1-2x/year).
