HR Operations / Benefits Specialist (ADP Workforce Now)

We are looking for a skilled HR Operations and Benefits Specialist to join a growing healthcare organization in Sarasota, Florida. This long-term contract position offers a unique opportunity to support a dynamic team by managing benefits, payroll, and HR operations. Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the ADP Workforce Now system, including troubleshooting, data updates, and ensuring system functionality.
• Oversee benefits administration tasks such as enrollments, changes, and responding to employee inquiries.
• Support payroll processes, including cross-border payroll management and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare and execute open enrollment activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
• Configure and maintain benefits plans within the ADP system to align with organizational needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring data integrity across all HR systems.
• Develop and manage Excel-based reports and tracking tools, utilizing pivot tables and VLOOKUPs for data analysis.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to address team priorities and support evolving organizational objectives.
• Provide hands-on assistance with system configurations and ensure smooth operation of HR processes.
