  • 3 Weeks Vacation We are working with a client in Atlanta that is looking to hire an HR Generalist.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding:
Work closely with hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Payroll Assistance:
Assist the Payroll Manager with various payroll tasks, such as processing timesheets, maintaining payroll records, and addressing employee payroll inquiries.
Benefits Administration:
Rollout annual benefits packages and assist employees with benefit-related questions and issues.
HR Support:
Provide general HR support to employees and management, including policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HRIS data.
Reporting:
Generate HR reports as needed for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources. Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
