Human Resources Executive (Bilingual - Chinese and English) Columbian Trading Inc Atlanta, GA Job Details Full-time $25 - $30 an hour 18 hours ago Qualifications Mandarin Microsoft Excel Employment law HR legal compliance English Bachelor's degree Recruiting Organizational skills Productivity software Full Job Description Summary The HR Executive will support the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, local labour regulations, and global HR standards. This role partners with business units to deliver efficient HR operations, enhance employee engagement, and support organizational growth. 1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned business units. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements. Coordinate interviews and facilitate candidate selection. Prepare employment offers in line with company compensation guidelines. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes. Maintain recruitment reports and HR dashboards. 2. HR Operations & Administration Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems Administer employment contracts, confirmation letters, transfers, and other HR documentation. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all HR matters. Support internal and external audits when required. 3. Compensation Support Administer employee benefits, insurance, and leave management. 4. Employee Relations & Performance Management Provide advisory support to employees on HR policies. Assist in disciplinary and grievance procedures in accordance with company guidelines. Support probation reviews, performance appraisals, and increment exercises. Promote employee engagement initiatives. 5. Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with Employment Act and other applicable regulations. Support implementation of global HR policies at the local level. Monitor HR processes to ensure alignment with corporate governance standards. 6. Learning & Development Coordinate training programs and maintain training records. Support talent development initiatives and succession planning activities. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline. 2-4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an MNC environment. Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements. Experience using HR systems Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English. Competencies Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level of integrity and discretion. Strong stakeholder management skills. Team player with proactive attitude.
