In this role, you will be the key driver in delivering an engaging onboarding programs that helps new employees feel welcomed, informed, and prepared to succeed. Your passion for education, talent development, and effective communication will ensure new team members are set up for long-term success. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in employee experience. Responsibilities Facilitate centralized in-person orientation sessions twice weekly for new employees. Set up and organize the classroom or training area before each orientation session. Ensure the orientation space is clean, professional, and ready for participants. Observe proper attire standards and confirm participants meet dress requirements for admittance. Provide a positive, professional first impression while communicating orientation expectations clearly. Perform minor administrative duties such as preparing materials, maintaining attendance records, and supporting routine documentation. Assist with general coordination to ensure orientation sessions run smoothly and on schedule. Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to present information clearly in a group setting. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional demeanor and ability to enforce policies respectfully. Basic administrative and clerical skills. Proficient in use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Previous orientation, onboarding, training, or customer service experience preferred.

$15.00 per hour
