In Office Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist with 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience to support day-to-day human resources operations and employee engagement initiatives. This role requires a strong background in employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is professional, approachable, detail-oriented, and confident handling sensitive employee matters while supporting managers and employees across the organization.
Key responsibilitie s:
Managing employee relations issues, Conducting new hire orientation and onboarding Maintaining compliance with federal and state employment laws Assisting with policy administration and interpretation Supporting performance management processes Ensuring accurate employee records and HR documentation. Help promote a positive workplace culture while maintaining consistency in policies and procedures. Must be confident and be able to build relationships with managers in an assigned region, multi offices, supporting about 400 employees & Managers. Experience with the following : Construction, service, or multi-location environments is a plus. investigations and employee relations compliance/risk management new hire orientation & onboarding manager coaching policy interpretation fast-paced operations support Month end and other ad hoc reports strong communication and organizational skills The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience handling confidential information with discretion. Experience in construction, service, or multi-location environments is a plus. Experience with Paycom is a plus
Salary:
