Position Purpose This position is responsible for providing coordination and support to the HR team. Position Type Full Time, Exempt Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities Ensure compliance on all levels of the new hire pre-employment and onboarding process such as background checks, drug screening, pre-employment paperwork and new hire paperwork Coordinate all aspects of two-day long new hire orientation consisting of company welcome and introduction, various account set-ups, and department overviews Manage the internal employee communications platform and other employee communication systems Responsible for company travel coordination and invoice processing Employee file and data management Data entry and assistance with various special projects and audits as needed Provide administrative support to all HR functions as needed Nature & Scope Reports to Sr. Human Resources Business Partners. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or similar Demonstrate success managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines with a focus on detail Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel Experience with SAP preferred Comfortable in an in-person office environment Technical competence is a plus Must be customer service oriented, flexible, and have a high energy level Must have excellent follow-through skills Must have a professional, polished, and sophisticated demeanor and be comfortable in most social settings Must be open to domestic and international travel Desire and proven ability to learn and grow Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment Strong verbal and written communication Job Conditions Both office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory environment Subject to noise and temperature changes Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
