Head Of Human Resources The Head of Human Resources is a strategic HR professional that partners with the leadership team to develop and implement human resources strategies and programs that are in line with the individual business units and organizational mission and vision. The Head of HRalso serves as a strategic partner to the destinationleadership team by providing human resource direction and guidance on all team memberrelated issues. TheHead of HR must have extensive knowledge in all aspects of human resources including recruitment, team memberrelations, performance management, organizational development,recognition,training, learning, development, compensation, benefits,and HR systems
