Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM About the Role Are you passionate about people and creating a positive workplace experience? We're looking for a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you'll partner with employees and leadership across the organization to support a wide range of HR functions—from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact on both employees and organizational culture. What You'll Do Serve as a trusted resource and primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries Lead onboarding and new hire orientation experiences Support recruiting efforts, including candidate screening and interviewing Assist in administering benefits, compensation programs, and HR initiatives Maintain HR systems, employee records, and support payroll processes Assist with audits, credentialing, and compliance requirements Contribute to employee engagement and a positive workplace culture
What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED plus 5 years of healthcare administrative experience (or equivalent) At least 1 year of Human Resources experience Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred) Proficiency in
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Preferred Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) Knowledge of human resources policies and employment regulations Key Skills for Success Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Compensation $53,550 - $72,450 annually, based on experience and skillset
