We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our employees, strengthening our culture, and driving organizational success. This position offers hands-on experience across all major HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning. Create a positive and engaging onboarding experience for new hires. Payroll, Benefits & Employee Support Administer employee benefit programs and support annual open enrollment. Process accurate bi-weekly payroll and maintain payroll records. Serve as a resource for employee questions related to benefits, payroll, and HR policies. Employee Engagement & Culture Coordinate employee recognition, wellness, and engagement initiatives. Support leadership in fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture. Conduct stay and exit interviews and recommend improvements based on employee feedback. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Assist with workers' compensation, unemployment claims, investigations, and employee relations matters. Continuous Improvement Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience. Support special projects and strategic initiatives that contribute to organizational growth. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred. Three (3) or more years of progressive HR experience. Experience with payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations. Supervisory experience is a plus. Skills & Attributes Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, payroll, and benefits administration. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
