Banking Consultant Location:

Maui About the Role We're excited to share a Banking Consultant opportunity that offers strong career growth and professional development within our branch network. As a key member of our frontline team, you will: Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clients. Support customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and guiding them through banking solutions. Accurately and efficiently assist with account-related inquiries and basic financial transactions. Build a solid understanding of our full suite of products and services to recommend the best options for each customer. Engage with individuals from first-time account holders to long-term clients with more complex banking needs. Work Schedule Monday

• Friday:

  8:00 AM
• 5 PM Saturday (rotational): 8:30 AM
• 1:30 PM (Hours may vary)

What We're Looking For Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience:

1+ year of customer service experience Cash handling experience

Skills & Attributes:

Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills Ability to positively engage with customers Attention to detail and sound judgment with confidential information Sales advisory skills to educate customers on products and services
