Job Description About the role: The HR Generalist serves as a hands-on partner to business leaders across multiple sites and functions. This role supports the full employee lifecycle. The Generalist ensures consistent application of HR practices, coaches leaders in effective people management, and drives continuous improvement in people processes across the organization.

What you'll do: Partner with leaders to increase employee engagement and reduce turnover by implementing HR programs, processes, and policies Support the full employee lifecycle including recruiting, selection, onboarding, performance management, engagement, development, transfers, and offboarding Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned locations, owning day-to-day HR execution and coaching managers on HR processes, policies, and leadership practices Investigate and provide guidance on employee performance, conduct, and workplace issues, including development plans, performance improvement plans, and employee warnings Support organizational changes in partnership with leadership and the HRBP Manager Input and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems Collect, share, and use HR metrics to inform business decisions and improve HR processes Update visual management onboarding / head count visual management boards Review 1:1 meeting documentation and follow up with supervisors and managers regarding employee concerns, performance trends, and engagement or recognition opportunities Ensure consistent application of HR programs and policies within assigned sites and functions Explain employee benefits, answer questions, and assist with open enrollment process Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws within assigned sites and functions Travel between facilities as required to provide on-site HR support, including consistent office hours What skills and experience you'll need: 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR best practices Ability to coach, influence, and build trust with leaders at multiple levels Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations Knowledge of HR policies and employment law Analytical skills with ability to interpret HR data and trends Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field required Send resume and cover letter to: Eddie Valdes, People Operations Manager Eddie.valdes@diamondvogel.com We offer competitive wages and a complete benefit package, including health care, dental, and vision; 401k; life & disability insurance; HSA (health savings account); PTO (paid time off); and more.
