• Description:

• The HR Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day Human Resources operations and supporting the execution of HR strategies and initiatives.

This role oversees the administration of HR policies, programs, and procedures while partnering with leadership to foster a high-performance, employee-focused culture. Responsibilities include supporting key functional areas such as employee relations, HRIS management, training and development, benefits administration, compensation, and organizational development. The HR Generalist plays a critical role in driving HR initiatives that promote employee engagement, productivity, and continuous workforce development. This position works closely with the HR Director and leadership team to provide guidance on HR-related matters and ensure consistent implementation of company policies and best practices.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
