LP Job Summary:

This role is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, overseeing a broad range of HR functions. The position focuses on developing and implementing HR policies and programs to foster a positive, high-performing employee culture. You will be instrumental in supporting leadership on HR matters and driving employee engagement and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee HRIS operations and data integrity. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy guidance. Administer employee benefits programs and compensation structures. Coordinate training initiatives and foster employee development. Support the recruitment and onboarding process.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS platforms.
