Customer Onboarding Specialist

Job description: Pure Water Partners, a privately held specialty finance company in the bottle free water marketplace is actively seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Onboarding Specialist. The Pure Water Partners Onboarding Team is responsible for onboarding new accounts quickly and efficiently. When information is received and input into our system, it is the Onboarding Team's responsibility to contact the new account and assist with access to our billing platform. Effective interpersonal and communication skills, as well as an ability to work independently are key to success in this position. This is an on-site, full-time role, with opportunity for professional development and growth.

Our Onboarding Team:

Provides an exceptional customer experience with a focus on building a positive relationship. Assists new customers in navigating the billing and payment portal Works to set customer requirements and expectations Communicates in a timely and accurate manner Works within and contributes to the team environment

Our Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 2 years experience working in a customer focused environment High level of trust and integrity Strong customer service, interpersonal and relationship building skills Confidence and professionalism on the phone Excellent written communication skills Computer experience and proficiency - MS Word, Excel and other business programs Analytical and problem-solving skills Effective time management and ability to prioritize projects and customer needs Displays professionalism in demeanor language and appearance Willing to work with and adhere to performance goals Patience and flexibility and the ability to manage stress High school diploma required - Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred Work schedule : 7:00am to 4:00pm The Onboarding Specialist works on-site in Sandpoint, Idaho, in a fast-paced office setting.
