The No Fault Group is seeking a motivated and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our incredible team! The Human Resource Generalist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR Department by executing critical HR functions, including, but not limited to, Interviews, employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, performance evaluations, and policy implementation. This position acts as a vital link between employees and management, ensuring positive employee relations, adherence to federal and state regulations, and efficient use of HR systems and tools.

Full-time | Monday - Friday (occasional weekends as needed) Job Summary The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in supporting daily HR operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. This position is responsible for managing employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, timekeeping, Interviews, and HR record management while maintaining a positive and organized workplace environment. Key Responsibilities Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including new hire documentation and orientation. Administer employee benefits programs and assist with leave and payroll-related inquiries. Maintain accurate HR records, including I-9 documentation, personnel files, and timekeeping/PTO tracking. Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting positive workplace communication. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies. Assist managers with performance evaluations and HR guidance. Coordinate company events and HR initiatives. Maintain office organization, distribute mail, manage office supplies, and support daily administrative functions. Generate reports and provide HR support to leadership as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1+ year of HR experience or related administrative experience. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Proficiency in Paylocity HRIS is highly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish. SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
