Full-Time | In-Office Position Overview Neighborhood Loans is seeking a Talent & Operations Specialist to support the growth and infrastructure of our organization by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across both sales and operational roles. This role blends recruiting, coordination, and operational support to ensure we are building strong, scalable teams across the business. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and relationship-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in strengthening both our revenue-generating teams and internal operations, contributing directly to overall company performance. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage candidates for a range of roles, including: Mortgage Loan Officers Operations (processing, underwriting, support staff) Source candidates through: CRM/database outreach Industry networking and referrals Job boards and events What We're Looking For Experience in recruiting, mortgage, or related fields preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Comfortable engaging with candidates and building relationships Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset

Compensation Structure Base Salary:
