Talent Sourcing Specialist

High-Volume Sourcing Specialist (2+ Month Contract) Are you a sourcing machine who thrives under pressure? Our recruiting team is currently "drowning" in reqs, and we aren't looking for a trainee•we re looking for someone to come in and own their process. We need a Contract Sourcer who can hit the ground running, manage a split of hourly and salaried roles (mostly hourly), and deliver results immediately. What s in it for you? Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. The ability to provide a "By the Numbers" update at least once a week (Outreaches, Screens, Presents). A "hit the ground hard" mentality.•bilingual (Spanish) is not requirred, but seen as a positive.

Full-Funnel Management:

Perform initial outreach, conduct rigorous phone screens, and present "ready-to-interview" candidates to the recruiting team.

Data-Driven Reporting:

Provide weekly transparency into your pipeline. You will be expected to report on key metrics including:
