Position Overview:

This position is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve/enhance work environment issues through learning and development, communications, and teambuilding to educate and engage employees; guiding business leaders on effective solutions for addressing corrective action and conflict resolution; leading the development and administration of HR policies, procedures, and tools to effectively support business leaders to promote positive employee relations.

Required:

Associates in human resource, Business, or related work experience

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in human resource, Business, or related field

Responsibilities:

Ensures compliance with all Human Resource policies and procedures. Demonstrated ability to identify needs, make recommendations, and implement solutions to improve and enhance the work environment. Assists with identifyingadministering rewards and recognition strategies. Participates in the analysis and preparation of the annual employee survey action plan. Assists in providing benefits information to newcurrent employees regarding available benefitsenrollmentassists with benefits administration. Ensures that Personnel Files are accuratelyeffectively maintained.

Experience Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a human resource generalist or equivalent position. Prior experience performing recruitment and selection

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $57,749.02 - 86,623.53 per year.
