A Robert Half client is seeking a well-rounded HR Generalist to support a growing, fast-paced organization in the transportation and logistics space. This is an onsite role supporting approximately 100 employees and reporting directly to the Vice President.

Elmhurst, IL, ONSITE Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboardingServe as a trusted resource to leadership and employees on HR-related mattersHandle employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolutionEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsMaintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbookSupport performance management, including coaching managers and disciplinary processesAdminister employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k) and act as liaison with vendorsMaintain accurate employee records and HRIS (ADP)Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational needs
Compensation & BenefitsSalary:
