Reporting to:
Co-Owner Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to newly registered FMCSA carriers within 48 hours of DOT issuance Make 60-100 outbound dials daily using company-provided power dialer systems Educate and guide new trucking business owners through required startup and compliance services Present and sell onboarding service bundles including: BOC-3 filings MC authority setup Drug & alcohol consortium enrollment UCR registration IRP and IFTA assistance Drug & alcohol policy setup Safety policy documentation MCS-150 follow-up support Build trust quickly with first-time owner-operators and small fleet owners Maintain accurate CRM notes, call records, and follow-up schedules Consistently meet or exceed sales activity and revenue goals Stay current on FMCSA regulations and onboarding requirements Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding experience Requirements 2-5 years of inside sales experience in a B2B environment Comfortable making 60-100 outbound calls per day Strong verbal communication and phone presentation skills Ability to explain compliance and regulatory concepts clearly and patiently Highly organized with strong follow-through and time management skills Self-motivated and results-oriented with a consultative sales approach Experience using CRM systems, dialers, and sales engagement tools Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in trucking, logistics, transportation, insurance, or compliance industries strongly preferred Familiarity with FMCSA regulations and carrier onboarding processes Prior experience selling compliance-related or recurring service products Understanding of owner-operator and small fleet business operations Experience working with transportation startups or newly authorized carriers
Pay, Benefits & Tools Base Hourly:
$24.04
Commission Structure:
