Responsibilities:

Provide proactive guidance to leaders and respond to team member inquiries. Ensure timely and compliant handling of grievances, discipline, and policy interpretation. Conduct and document employee relations investigations in partnership with HR and Legal. Recognize patterns, anticipate issues, and recommend solutions to improve workplace climate. Support conflict resolution, coaching, and disciplinary documentation. Monitor trends and escalate concerns to HR Business Partners and DEI teams. Assist with ADA interactive processes, employee health compliance, and fit-for-duty conversations. Participate in training, policy communication, and retention initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field required.

Experience:

3+ years' experience of Employee Relations experience required, including conducting investigations required. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs. The salary range listed does not include other forms of compensation which may include bonuses/incentive, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits that may be applicable to this role.
