Job Description

What are you going to do? Employee Relations & Suppor t Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns Support employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management issues Partner with managers to provide guidance on coaching, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives HR Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Administer and interpret company policies and procedures consistently across the organization Support HR initiatives related to workplace safety and compliance Benefits & Payroll Support Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and employee support Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, leave programs, and HR policies Partner with payroll to ensure accuracy of employee data, timekeeping, and employee changes Training & Development Coordinate and track internal and external training programs (safety, compliance, technical training) Maintain records of employee certifications and required training Support leadership development and employee skill-building initiatives HR Systems & Reporting Maintain HRIS data accuracy and employee records Generate HR reports related to headcount, turnover, and compliance as needed Identify opportunities for process improvements and support HR system enhancements Technology & AI-Focused Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to identify workforce trends, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven HR decisions. Identify and implement opportunities for automation across HR processes, including onboarding workflows, employee communications, and reporting. Partner with leadership to evaluate and adopt emerging HR technologies that enhance employee experience and streamline administrative functions.
