Global Mobility Associate (Part-Time, Interim)

Glenview, IL Schedule:

25-30 hours per week Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Global Mobility Associate to support a decentralized corporate environment with complex mobility needs. This interim, part-time role will serve as a key liaison across internal stakeholders and external vendors, helping manage both relocation and immigration processes for employee moves. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in global mobility programs, including advanced knowledge of relocation services , immigration coordination , and H-1B visa processes . This person must also be highly analytical, proactive, and comfortable bringing ideas and process improvements to the table. Key Responsibilities Manage and support global mobility activity, with a focus on employee relocation and immigration Coordinate closely with external mobility vendors, including relocation partners to ensure a smooth employee experience Serve as a liaison between employees, HR, hiring managers, and third-party providers for housing, relocation logistics, and immigration matters Support and help oversee H-1B visa processes , including cases currently in progress Navigate a highly decentralized organization with multiple stakeholders and moving parts Monitor mobility volume and ensure timely execution across active cases Identify opportunities for process improvement and bring forward thoughtful, analytical recommendations Help ensure compliance and consistency across mobility practices and procedures Qualifications Experience at the Senior Specialist or Manager level in global mobility, relocation, and/or immigration Strong background in advanced relocation and immigration processes Prior experience working with mid-size to large organizations, preferably in complex or decentralized environments Experience managing a reasonable volume of mobility cases Knowledge of H-1B visa administration/processes Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations, solve problems, and recommend improvements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills The salary range for this position is $40.00 to $50.00 hr.
