About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Bilingual HR Generalist to support a growing manufacturing team. This is a newly created position driven by company growth and expansion, offering the opportunity to work closely with experienced HR leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

This fully onsite role will support daily HR operations across compliance, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and HR systems. The HR Generalist will serve as a key resource for both office and production employees while helping strengthen HR processes and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain compliance with employment regulations and workplace safety standards, including OSHA, ACA, EEO, and workers' compensation Assist with payroll coordination and ensure accurate employee records Support benefits administration and serve as a primary HR contact for employee questions Partner with leadership on employee relations matters and workplace concerns Assist with recruiting coordination and new hire onboarding activities Provide HR support to warehouse and production employees Maintain HRIS data and assist with the transition from Paycom to

Paylocity Qualifications:

3-5+ years of HR Generalist experience Manufacturing or similar industry experience preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree required Experience with Paycom or Paylocity preferred Bilingual Spanish required Ability to thrive in a small, fast-moving environment with evolving priorities
