Apprenticeship - Registered $ Paid Part Time Description Patrick Paint Group, a division of Patrick Industries, is a family of five companies that offer OEM-level painting services for RVs and motor coaches, primarily in Northern Indiana. Together, the group operates over 1.2 million square feet of production space, with 12 paint booths, 14 spray rooms, and the capacity to finish 31 full paint units per day across their locations. The sister companies include Precision Painting, Millennium Paint, Carrera Custom Painting, Premium Paint, Mike's Custom Painting. They emphasize a commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, with main operations in Elkhart and Bremen, Indiana.

Patrick Industries This position is a registered apprenticeship and will meet all the criteria required by the Department of Labor. Responsibilities HR Administrator Intern duties to include: Timekeeping in UKG platform SAP SuccessFactors - Employee data management Hiring New Team Members & New Employee Orientation Learn port-of-entry positions, which will require you to work in manufacturing Qualifications Currently enrolled in high school with an interest in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff and visitors. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) or Google Workspace applications. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information.
