Key Responsibilities:
- Lead administration of HR policies, programs, and compliance initiatives
- Oversee benefits administration and payroll processes
- Serve as a key partner on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Manage Workers' Compensation and Unemployment claims
- Maintain HRIS data integrity, reporting, and documentation
- Support company-wide HR initiatives and engagement programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience
- Strong background in benefits, payroll, and employment law compliance
- HRIS experience
