Ideally, we are looking for someone who enjoys being actively involved in the day-to-day operations of Human Resources and is willing to roll up their sleeves to support the business. This is an on-site, in-person position; Mon-Fri.
Key responsibilities include:
Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees, supervisors, and plant leadership. Support employee relations matters, including investigations, counseling, performance management, and corrective action processes. Support full-cycle recruiting efforts for hourly and salaried positions. Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new hires. Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and retention efforts. This position comes with the following compensation & benefits: Pay up to $75,000 annually (based on experience level) Quarterly gainsharing program with the opportunity to earn up to 5% of quarterly earnings Full medical, dental, and vision plans offered, as well as short-and-long-term disabilities, life & accidental insurance plans, FSA/HSA, accident, hospital, and critical illness plans 401(K) with company match PTO, holiday, and sick days Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in HR (preferably in a manufacturing environment) Demonstrated experience handling employee relations, corrective actions, and workplace investigations. Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, unemployment claims, and other employment regulations.
