Job Description

Job description: Leaders Professional is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for our client in the Fort Wayne area. The successful candidate will perform HR duties and will work with various internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams as well external solutions from ideations to implementation.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of Human Resources experience or at least five (5) years of experience in the human resources field. Strong Microsoft Office skills are required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and ethical behavior. High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive employee situations with professionalism and care. Able to adjust to a fast paced working environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence effectively at all levels of the organization. Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. Collaborates well with others, proactively contributes to group objectives, and volunteers to help others. #
DIRLS Pay:
$24.92 - $30.01 per hour
