- What You'll Be Doing
- + Execute and maintain core HR Operations processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability across all business lines + Lead and support HR projects, including process improvements, system enhancements, audits, and policy or procedure updates + Develop, maintain, and analyze HR dashboards and metrics to support operational decision‑making + Facilitate HR training sessions, including performance management and core HR processes, to support manager and employee capability + Support employee relations activities, including documentation and limited‑scope investigations, while maintaining confidentiality and consistency •What Are We Looking For•+ Bachelor's degree in HR/Business (or equivalent experience) and 2-4 years of hands-on HR Operations/Generalist experience, including HRIS transactions, documentation, and exposure to core HR functions such as leave, unemployment, and compliance + Maintain accurate HRIS data, compliant documentation, and timely HR operations while independently managing HR administrative workflows and employee relations cases.

- This is an office‑based role supporting employees and leaders across multiple business lines.
