  • What You'll Be Doing
  • + Support HR Operations by enhancing existing HR processes through the use of AI tools, automation, and digital solutions + Assist with managing and tracking HR Operations projects, including timelines, documentation, and deliverables + Partner with HR team members to analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions + Prepare data analysis, reports, and presentations that support operational decision‑making + Document standard operating procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives •What Are We Looking For•+ Enrollment in the later years of a bachelor's degree program or a master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field + Strong interest in HR Operations, process improvement, project management, and applied technology + Ability to learn, test, and apply AI‑enabled tools in an HR environment + Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively and independently •Work Environment•This is an office‑based role within a collaborative and professional HR environment.
The internship provides hands‑on experience in HR Operations and is designed to complement academic coursework. The position may be eligible for college credit and/or participation in a CO‑OP program, subject to school requirements and approvals.
