Job Description

Human Resources Generalist Mulberry Health is seeking a dynamic experienced and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This key position supports all aspects of human resources administration while serving as a trusted resource for employees and management. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Generalist will play an integral role in payroll administration, employee benefits, onboarding, compliance, and employee support. Essential Responsibilities Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 250 employees using ADP software. Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs. Administer employee benefit plans, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and reconciliation of benefit invoices. Manage attendance records and leave administration, including FMLA and other leave programs. Coordinate COBRA, Workers' Compensation, and 401(k) administration. Maintain employee personnel files and HR records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Assist employees with payroll, benefits, and HR-related questions. Support HR initiatives, compliance activities, and special projects as assigned. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information. Qualifications Minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits Administration, or a related field. Experience processing high-volume payroll preferred. ADP experience preferred. Working knowledge of payroll practices, benefits administration, FMLA, COBRA, Workers' Compensation, and employment-related compliance requirements. Strong computer, organizational, and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service.
