Job Description

HR Generalist - Bilingual Required The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting daily human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and management regarding HR-related matters. Bilingual communication skills are required for this position. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Recruiting in the beginning will be 80% of the role. Maintain employee records and HR databases Support payroll coordination and benefits administration Handle employee relations issues and provide HR guidance Translate or assist with communication between employees and management as needed Coordinate employee training and development programs Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices Prepare HR reports, documentation, and metrics Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field experience preferred 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Preferred Skills Experience in recruiting and supporting a bilingual workforce Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration Experience with recruitment platforms and HR analytics Strong multitasking and time-management skills Working Conditions Full-time position Office environment May require handling confidential employee information
