Independent practice with staying power:
Physician-owned, independent, and committed to remaining free from private equity Welcoming candidate profile: Fellowship-trained, board-eligible/certified surgical retina specialist; ideal for both recent graduates and experienced surgeons Long-term career upside: Partnership eligibility after 2 years with a transparent path and established partner earning potential well above the national average Support for early success: Experienced support staff including scribes, strong mentorship for early-career physicians, clinical trial opportunities, and teaching with Indiana University School of Medicine Balanced call structure: d practice call only, with no hospital call
Compensation & Benefits:
