Job Description
Candidates are encouraged to apply to 2 or fewer internship roles during a given internship recruiting cycle. Are you passionate about people and curious about a career in Human Resources? The Human Resources (HR) Intern will support the Field HR team, reporting to the Director, HR Business Partners - Field. In this role, you will contribute to key projects that build practical tools for employee development and front-line manager effectiveness. You will help interview employees, gather and organize resources, and create clear, user-friendly guides and quick-hit tools that can be used across the business. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the HR function, an understanding of how HR partners with the business, and the opportunity to strengthen your communication and project skills in a professional setting.
