This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a true HR partner — someone who can own payroll processes, support teammates, solve problems, and help build a great employee experience. This position will work closely with our Director of HR and Recruiting team to support day-to-day people operations, improve processes, and ensure our teammates have the support they need to succeed. You will be a key player in keeping HR operations running smoothly while helping us continue to grow. What You'll DoPayroll & HR Administration Own and support accurate payroll processing, including reviewing timekeeping, corrections, approvals, and payroll questions Partner with managers to resolve payroll related issues Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Support onboarding and offboarding processes Assist with compliance requirements including I-9s, employment records, and HR documentation Employee Support & Engagement Serve as a resource for teammates and leaders regarding HR policies, processes, and questions Support employee relations matters with guidance from the Director of HR Help create a positive employee experience from onboarding through employment Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment support Recruiting & Talent Support Assist with candidate communication, scheduling, onboarding coordination, and hiring workflows Support a strong candidate and new hire experience Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and systems Help build scalable HR practices as the company continues to grow Support HR reporting, metrics, and projects What We're Looking For 2+ years of HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, Payroll Specialist, or similar experience Strong payroll knowledge and attention to detail Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and timekeeping platforms Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Strong communication and relationship-building skills Someone who enjoys being hands-on and helping wherever needed Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
