Job Description

OVERVIEW
Perfetti Van Melle (makers of Mentos, Airheads, Dentyne, Trident and Bubblicious!) is one of the world's largest manufacturers and distributors of confectionery and chewing gum with global brands that are being enjoyed in more than 150 countries worldwide. We're currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Sr. Manager, Talent Management to join our growing team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Sr. Manager, Talent Management is responsible for boosting the attraction, development, and retention of the best people through implementing actions that support workforce planning, leadership development, capability building, succession planning, career plans, and performance management across OC. To ensure the success of the Global Talent Strategy, this role should collaborate closely with Americas BU stakeholders, the OC leaders, and HRBPs. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the execution of key talent programs (training, talent pools), including development of annual project plans. Develop/enhance materials, provide communications/education, and train HR business partners for the components they lead. Deploy global employer branding materials in partnership with BU Americas Talent Director Deploy the core talent, performance management and engagement programs and initiatives. Run the recruitment and selection, onboarding, employer branding, leadership, professional development, and career path programs to accelerate development and increase engagement. Partner with BU Americas CoE to support Perfetti culture across OC Support the HRBP's team in the effective delivery of core talent programs and activities within their functional areas, including annual performance cycle, talent review and succession planning activities, and employee engagement surveys, etc. by partnering with BU Americas CoE Support change management framework across the organization Follow-up, review key metrics and creation of recommendations and action plans for (TO, NHTO, exit interview, adherence, & R&R). Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent development
WHAT WE NEED FROM
8+ years of experience in talent management Experience in a multinational environment with exposure to America markets. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication and stakeholder management. Experience in succession planning, leadership development, and performance management. Experience in deploying Engagement and pulse surveys as well as conducting focus groups. Experience implementing talent programs Intermediate English
