Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field. In this role, you will: Serve as the timekeeper for the Fiscal, Dietary, Social Services, Maintenance, and Recreation departments and enter payroll entries into the LaGov (HCM) Payroll system. P repare various time entries and payroll reports. Complete Prior Period adjustments for payroll changes. Ensure all necessary signatures and documents are received prior to processing any actions or changes in information. Maintain personnel records.Position-Specific Details:
